I have enjoyed millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of cash at 21. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the house.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or defeat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the idea that 21 appears to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely exciting on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first $5 wager
Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original $40 bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you left at this point you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
