I have bet on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have bet on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at 21. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a number of days ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial five dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar wager

Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original $20 bet

Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40

Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager

Bet 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager

Wager 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial $160 bet

If you left at this point you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
